Today (Tuesday) we had an early flight from Melbourne to Sydney. Our flight went smoothly, and then we took the train from the airport to the hostel, which is inside the Sydney Central Train Station. Our luck must have returned to us after that disastrous four-hour flight from Wellington to Wellington, because we were able to check into our hostel in Sydney four hours early and take a nap.
This is the coolest hostel I've ever stayed in! It's right along the train platforms, and some of the rooms are in old train cars. I had emailed and specifically requested a room in one of the train cars, and it's really cool! The room itself is modern and clean, and you can see trains right out the window! In fact, some passengers have been giving us very weird looks.

I'll give you more about Sydney tomorrow, and then Thursday we fly back to the States. It's been an adventure!
