The Cliffs of Insanity

This summer I'm hoping to go to the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare, Ireland. These are the cliffs used as the Cliffs of Insanity in The Princess Bride, one of the best movies of all time.

They're also used in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as the cliffs outside the cave where Voldemort hid the locket.

Here are some pretty pictures of the cliffs:

And the scary view:

I'm pretty sure if I had taken that picture, I would have been lying flat on the ground to do it. I don't think I could even stand that close to the edge. I'd be too afraid of falling. I fell down in the shower yesterday, so this is a legitimate fear. Turns out moisturizing body wash should be called shower floor greaser or slip and fall enabler. Luckily I didn't hit my head on anything, so I'll just have a few bruises to remind me not to lean out of the shower to grab the bottle of conditioner off the windowsill.
