I arrived in Oxford without incident, and I've spent this weekend sorting things out. I bought towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, food, a sim for my phone, a different sim for my phone, and a pint of strawberry beer. Yesterday was so busy that I didn't even unpack until this morning, and then I went grocery shopping again. Unfortunately, I've been so busy that I haven't even been carrying my camera, but I will take pictures of Oxford soon.
I did take a few photos of the mansion. We've all been laughing about how pretentious it sounds to say, "we live in a mansion in Oxford," but it really is a mansion, and I'm definitely going to enjoy living here.

post a picture of what it looks like from the outside!
ReplyDeleteWill do tomorrow. I gotta admit, the reason I didn't take one today was that I made it downstairs before I realized I didn't have shoes on.
ReplyDeleteThe place looks really nice! Hope you have some fun pub times this week!
ReplyDeleteYou should make your bed before you take pictures of it and post it on your blog.
ReplyDeleteSince no one is sleeping above, you should go ahead and make that bed too.
Ok, the top bed came like that, so it is already made, and I covered my bed with the blankets so that you wouldn't complain, and you complained anyway. Go figure.
