On Monday Lauren and I took the train from London to Bath. I had booked a very early train to maximize our time in Bath, but I really regretted that choice when I had to get up early on Monday. The train was only an hour and a half, but we were able to sleep a bit on the train. When we got to Bath we had to find a place to store our luggage for the day. I had learned from my research that the Bath rail station does not have left luggage facilities. Instead, we left our luggage at the Bath Backpackers Hostel, where I stayed last weekend. It looks even dirtier in the daylight!
Doing Bath and Stonehenge was a bit of a repeat for me, but I had such a good time last weekend, and I figured one more trip to Stonehenge wouldn’t hurt. I’m actually beginning to find it funny. How many people do you think actually go to Stonehenge four times in five years, including twice in two weeks?

We also did the Roman Baths. As former Latin students, we really couldn’t miss the coolest Roman ruins in England! Since last time I did the Baths without the audioguide and Stonehenge with the audioguide, this time I did the Baths with the audioguide and Stonehenge without. The weather was much better this week than last week, so I was able to take pictures without freezing my hands off.
