I took a picture of a cool fountain, and there was a guy standing in front of it. He made a move to get out of the picture, and I waved him back because I didn't really care if he was in the picture. When I took a second picture, he smiled for me:
It’s funny how such a small thing like that can make traveling so much better. I’m pretty sure he was a traveler too, and I like to think that there’s a universal traveler code. I haven’t figured out all the rules yet. One of my personal rules is that I will always take a picture for someone else. I won’t always offer, but anytime someone asks me, I’ll do my best. It’s just what you do for other travelers.
